Top 3 Concerts: Asher Roth Bucks County-born rapper Asher Roth seemed to come out of nowhere in 2009 to top the charts with his slacker single "I Love College" and debut album "Asleep in the Bread Aisle." But Roth found life a bit harder after, ahem, graduating to the big time.
Januarys best concerts If your new year's resolution is to get out and see more live music, the first month of 2012 offers plenty of opportunities from local cello-rock ( Garland of Hours ) and African electro-hip-hop ( Buraka Som Sistema ) to Indian jazz ( Rudresh Mahanthappa ) and a teenage punk show at St. Stephens Church.
