The Arts Council and The City of Huntsville announced Thursday that the 2011 Concerts in the Park Series will be held every Monday evening in Big Spring International Park beginning June 6th with bands Reunion and JUICE and concluding on August 8th with Toyshop and Rocket City Jazz Orchestra. The full schedule for the summer concerts is as follows:

Concerts return to Lamar Park
The Wyoming Enrichment Commission will kick off the summer with a series of free, family-friendly concerts at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays in Lamar Park, 2561 Porter St. SW.

Concerts in the Park to Feature "A Taste of Panoply"
This summer's Concerts in the Park in Huntsville will include "A Taste of Panoply". The annual arts festival was cancelled in April because of the storms. All summer summer long, each concert in the park will feature local art exhibits, as well as arts and crafts activities.
