The Finnish-American Singers of Michigan are to start rehearsals for the fall musical season. Participants do not have to know how to speak Finnish to sing along. The group performs several concerts throughout the year. Female alto singers are in great demand. Rehearsals are from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Finnish Cultural Center, 35200 W. Eight Mile.
